We may add other affiliate programs (retailer or brand-direct) over time; when we do, the same rules below apply, and any link that doesn’t earn us a commission is either a plain link or labeled as such.

How links are marked

Every commercial link on the site is a “/go” link that carries the rel="sponsored nofollow"attribute and opens in a new tab — the standard, Google-compliant way to mark a monetized link. A small #ad label and a link back to this page sit under every buy button, so you always know when a link can earn us a commission.

What commission does NOT do

This is the part that matters. Commission never decides a recommendation.The reasoning behind every pick — certification, specs, fit and value — is identical whether a link earns us anything or not. When a cheaper product is the better buy for you, it’s our pick regardless of what it pays. We would rather send you to the right gear and earn less than send you to the wrong gear and lose your trust. Our methodology and editorial policy spell out exactly how that separation is kept.

About prices

Prices shown on the site come from a live retailer feed and are stamped with the date they were pulled. They change constantly, and we don’t control them — the retailer does. If a price looks out of date, it has expired on our end (we drop any price older than 48 hours) and the button falls back to “Check price on Amazon.” Always confirm the current price on the retailer’s own page before buying.
